ZPlayer does not share personal identifiable information from the user or device which it is installed. If an user signs up for the DevBox feature, a user image can be uploaded and is associated with a username and location provided by the user. This information is transmitted over secure layers (SSL) to our non public server, and is used to identify a user with the message the user posts within the application. This information is not made public outside the context of the ZPlayer application or website. If the user opts for the "Albumwall" feature, then the current track played, user device model and the timestamp when the track was played is recorded. These peices of data are no unique to any user, and so cannot be used to identify a user of the application. All information collected by ZPlayer is transmitted over secure layers (SSL) and is kept secure on non puplic servers. All local device caches used by the ZPlayer application are public, and are not unique to a user. This Privacy Policy may change over time, however the changes will not broaden the scope of information which is made public without your explicit consent. Any privacy policy changes will be written on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Any prior revisions of this Privacy Policy will be saved.
